The Pugwash Peace Exchange Society is an organization that has been formed in Pugwash, Nova Scotia, to help bring about the creation of an important new facility that will celebrate Pugwash’s peace history, while actively promoting peace around the world.

Members of the Pugwash Peace Exchange Society come from all corners of the globe. They are businesses, organizations, and individuals, all with a common wish — to help create a peaceful world. Their support and enthusiasm are a major driving force.

Our Board of Directors is comprised of individuals with a firm dedication to the success of the Pugwash Peace Exchange.

The Pugwash Peace Exchange acts under the patronage of Lieutenant General, the Hon. Roméo Dallaire.

We have an Advisory Council of distinguished individuals, with a wealth of knowledge and experience, chaired by the Hon. Senator Douglas Roche, O.C.

We have a dedicated group of volunteers, who have been vital to our success. Their tireless efforts and visionary ideas continually propel the Pugwash Peace Exchange to greater heights.
